- XEX's Holiday Benefit:
ESJ is very excited to be part of XEX Hair Gallery's 5th annual holiday benefit. This year’s event will take
place at the Hard Rock Cafe, 63 W. Ontario St., Chicago, on Friday, December 18, 2009 at 9:00 pm. It
will feature a silent auction, raffles and prizes, as well as live music by The Gunshy, of course EversoJake,
The Furrells and Seeking Wonderland.
XEX is asking for a minimum donation of $10. Higher donations are free and greatly appreciated. You
can purchase tickets at XEX or online through TicketWeb (click here to purchase).
All proceeds from this year’s benefit will go directly to Feeding America and The Greater Chicago Food
Depository’s efforts to feed the hungry here in Chicago and around the US.
This will be a great night of music and fun to benefit two great causes!
The Tape Rolls On:
EversoJake continues studio work on their second CD. Nine new original songs are in the creative
hopper and tracking (recording) has begun.
Traffic Clearing on Lake Shore Drive:
We are getting closer... Legal work regarding the Lake Shore Drive single continues. We have made
major progress and have been in contact with the songs original author Skip Haynes. So it shouldn't be
long now before we can start selling the single on our website etc.
- Baby, Baby, Baby:
- And of course the super big news...Dennis and his wife Lisa now have baby boy, Desmond Foster Kuzel
was born on July 17th, weighing 7 lbs 4 oz and measuring 20.5 " long. Mother baby and Dad are all
doing great!
